Bethlehem Marathon 2014

LFPME representatives have taken part in the Palestine marathons for the last three years; in Gaza in 2012 and Bethlehem in 2013 and 2014.

On March 27th 2015 LFPME’s Komal and Shazia ran the 10k in Bethlehem (year 4!) to raise money for LFPME and UNRWAs shelter assistance program in Gaza.

The initiative, organised by the Right to Movement, saw almost 4000 runners, running along the route of the illegal Israeli wall that encircles Bethlehem in solidarity with the Palestinian cause for justice.
